3. The low-pressure pipeline joint is loose or the oil pipe is broken;

4. The clearance between the piston sealing ring of steering cylinder and the inner wall of cylinder barrel is too large or the sealing ring and gasket are damaged;

5. Internal leakage of steering pump;

6. The hydraulic oil is contaminated;

7. There is air in the hydraulic steering system.

8. The check valve of the steering aid is not tightly closed;

What many excavator drivers don’t know is that the internal leakage of the steering pump will also slow the steering, and an important reason for the internal leakage of the steering pump is that the clearance between the side of the steering pump rotor and blade and the end face of the side plate is too large (the normal clearance should generally be within 0.047mm, and the maximum should not exceed 0.1mm).
