Therefore, the construction caliber of the most widely used rotary drilling rig is between 1.5 and 2 meters. The price of a rotary drilling rig is more than 4million yuan. If the construction caliber is larger, the price of a drilling rig plus accessories will be tens of millions of yuan. For general construction units, especially for the vast majority of geological teams engaged in pile foundation construction, the one-time investment of several million or even tens of millions of yuan to purchase equipment is difficult for enterprises with weak financial strength. According to the introduction of the drilling rig manufacturer and the actual use of the user, the full load normal working life of the rotary drilling rig is 6300 hours. After this life is exceeded, some parts need to be replaced and repaired, especially the winch system, the main pump of the hydraulic system, the power head and the drill pipe. These parts are very expensive and the replacement time is long after damage. This makes the operating cost of the rotary drilling rig greatly increase in actual use, and correspondingly increases the construction cost of the pile foundation. At present, due to the fierce competition in the pile foundation market and the non-standard competition, many pile foundation projects are subcontracted layer by layer before they reach the hands of construction enterprises. The project prices are relatively low and there is not much profit space. For example, the rotary drilling rig is used for construction. Although the construction efficiency is high and the project quality is good, the profit is very low or even loss. This is also the main reason why many construction enterprises do not buy rotary drilling rigs, or even deliberately leave them idle, but still use the traditional and relatively backward construction methods.
