According to the R & D personnel, its maximum drilling diameter can reach 7m and the drilling depth can exceed 170m, which can meet the requirements of super large diameter deep hole rock socketed pile, and can be applied to the pile foundation construction of super projects such as sea crossing bridges. The weight of this equipment is equivalent to nearly 400 cars, and its torque is as high as 1280kn m. The main technical parameters set a new world record.

In order to solve the stability problem in the construction process of “super rotary excavation”. Compared with the drill pipe of the same length on the market, the bearing capacity is increased by 60%.

The equipment adopts the full electro-hydraulic control system, which can be equipped with short-range remote controller and 5g remote operation warehouse to realize unmanned operation and ensure the personal safety of construction personnel.
