1. Improper adjustment of tensioning buffer device

2. Damage of parts of tensioning buffer device
(1) Adjust screw damage.
The main defect of the adjusting screw is that the screw thread is damaged and cannot be adjusted; When the screw is bent, the guide wheel is skewed, resulting in deviation.
(2) The buffer spring bends, its elasticity drops and breaks.
Excessive bending of the buffer spring will lead to deviation, excessive drop of elastic force and breakage, which will reduce the buffer efficiency and easily damage the spring center pull rod.
(3) The central pull rod is broken.
The break of the center pull rod is mainly caused by the sudden compression and relaxation of the spring when passing through the obstacle, which causes the pull rod to produce impact or tensile load.
(4) Damage of hydraulic tensioning device
With hydraulic tensioning device, the damage of push rod, buffer spring and central pull rod is the same as above. Other damages are: the mating surface of the oil cylinder and the piston is worn, especially the piston sealing element is damaged, and the tightening grease enters the low-pressure chamber, and the tightening device is selected to fail.
